Otis DiCerbo is a native of New Castle, PA. He and his wife, Shawnn, currently reside in North Huntingdon, PA. Otis served over 20 years active duty Air Force and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant. His last position was the Operations Supervisor at the 311th Recruiting Squadron in Cannonsburg, PA. He's currently a full time AFJROTC instructor at West Mifflin Area High School. He's also the owner of DiCerbo Properties Real Estate Investments/Seminars, LLC.
Otis has his Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and his Master's Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations. He served as president of the Norwin Lion's Club in 2008, 2009 and 2013. He has been Chairman of the Norwin Youth Commission for the last 12 years. Otis served as Board of Directors for the Mon Yough Chamber of Commerce from 2012-2018. He's currently the President of the Board of Directors for the Central Westmoreland Habitat for Humanity. Otis is a member of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce, the Air Force Association and the American Legion.
As the organizer of the Landlord Association of Westmoreland County, Otis leads monthly investor meetings. DiCerbo Properties hosts and organizes the Business Expo/Home Shows for the local North Huntingdon area in partnership with DiCerbo-Nama Proerties, LLC.
DiCerbo Properties also leads Real Estate Investment Seminars to teach new and seasoned investors how to start and grow their business. Otis leads local seminars and teaches seminars at Westmoreland County Community College throughout the year.
